Zusammenfassung

Amity Foundation seeks a Cal MHSA Certified Peer Navigator to support prison and re-entry programs by teaching Life Skills and Family Relations curricula. This role requires strong organizational and communication abilities within a supportive community setting.

The Peer Navigator will document progress, collaborate with CDCR/CCHCS and staff, and engage participants daily while upholding program integrity and confidentiality in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be Cal MHSA Certified Peer Navigator; certification number on resume preferred.
• If not certified yet, schedule Cal MHSA test date and note it on resume.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate CBI Life Skills and Family Relations classes using evidence-based curriculum.
• Conduct classes and individual sessions; develop action plans and provide makeup work.
• Evaluate and document progress of participants assigned to classes.
• Engage participants daily; reinforce group norms and expectations for participation and completion.
• Document delivery of CBI programming services in ARMS.
• Collaborate with CDCR/CCHCS headquarters, local institutions, and contracted staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
