The Alamo Colleges District seeks a Certified Peer Advisor – Student Success at NVC in San Antonio. This is a part-time, temporary, hourly position in the Student Advising area, located at 3535 N. Ellison Dr., San Antonio, TX 78251.

Posting closes 10/30/2026; 19 hours per week. The role assists Student Success staff, provides encouragement to students, and refers them to appropriate college services. Must be enrolled in at least six credits and complete required badges and Peer Advisor

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in at least six credit hours at one of the ACD colleges or another accredited institution of higher education.
• Must complete badges related to this position as determined by the Alamo Colleges.
• Must complete Peer Advisor Certification training, as assigned, within the first year of employment.

• Refers students to appropriate college service area when necessary.
