Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, AZ is hiring a Certified Patient Care Assistant (CPCA) for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) on the night shift. You will provide routine patient care, assist with daily living activities, monitor vitals, and support the care team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role includes weekend/holiday rotations, a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new CNAs, and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification in state of practice.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the care team.
• Support unit operations and maintain patient records.
• Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
