ABM US is hiring a Timekeeping Coordinator to support operations at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). This role handles prevailing wage and certified payroll tasks, including submittal of CPR documents, communicating with PW CPR customers, and ensuring technicians are paid the correct wage rates on PW projects, coordinating with payroll and project managers.

This is a full-time, onsite role five days a week (Mon-Fri).

Formación

• Prevailing wage and certified payroll experience
• Strong data entry and clerical skills

Responsabilidades

• Manage CPR submissions and related paperwork
• Coordinate with payroll and PMs to ensure correct wages
• Answer phones, onboarding support and data entry
