Qualifikationen

• Certified Payroll or prevailing wage experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfort with a weekly payroll cycle and established procedures.
• Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Verify timecards for accuracy and compliance with California labor law and local union agreements.
• Process weekly payroll in-house, including prevailing wage payroll.
• Prepare and submit accurate weekly Certified Payroll Reports.
• Collect and follow up on field timecards so payroll stays on schedule.
• Answer payroll questions from field and office employees clearly and correctly.
• Maintain payroll reports, spreadsheets, and records so they are current and audit ready.
• Additional duties as needed.
