Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Prior payroll, accounting, or construction-office experience preferred.
• Certified payroll experience preferred; ability to learn certified payroll requirements may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, submit, track, and maintain certified payroll reports for multiple companies.
• Monitor reporting schedules and submission portals to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies in coordination with the Payroll Manager and project personnel.
