Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on payroll and certified payroll experience (REQUIRED).
• Basic understanding of accounting, journal entries and financial statements.
• Construction or job-cost experience.
• Use of Intacct Accounting Software or equivalent.
• Ability to wear multiple hats in a small, developing environment.
• Positive, can-do attitude with aptitude for technology and growth.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll, including certified payroll, timekeeping review, and payroll tax and reporting.
• Project accounting, including billing and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Post payroll journal entries and other journal entries as requested.
• Assist with month-end close including balance sheet reconciliations.
