Qualifications

• Minimum of a Baccalaureate degree; degree in biomedical or health sciences preferred.
• Completion of NAACLS accredited Pathologist’s Assistant program required.
• Current Pathologist’s Assistant certification required, with new graduates acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provides gross descriptions of all surgical specimens accurately.
• Independently troubleshoots issues with Dragon Voice.
• Performs frozen sections and ensures timely delivery of slides.
