Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in Crawfordsville, IN. The OTA will provide therapeutic interventions under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist and assist in implementing treatment plans.

Responsibilities include helping patients with exercises, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with team members. A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and current OTA licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Current, valid state OTA licensure or certification.
• 0–1 year of experience in the field.
• Current valid CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out treatment plans developed by occupational therapists.
• Help patients with exercises and activities aimed at improving their functional abilities.
• Document patients' responses to therapy and report findings to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and families on home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Support Occupational Therapists in evaluating patient needs.
