Job summary

Good Samaritan in Bismarck, ND seeks a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to support therapy services under an OT supervisor. You will assist patients in therapy activities, monitor progress, and document outcomes to help improve daily living skills and quality of life.

Responsibilities include selecting appropriate interventions, adapting activities to patient needs, and ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and state licensure.

Qualifications

• Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
• Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state(s) of practice.
• NBCOT certification preferred where applicable; comply with supervision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapy activities and exercises under OT supervision.
• Provide, monitor and record therapy services for various impairments.
• Select and modify interventions compatible with goals and licensure.
• Communicate patient responses and progress to the occupational therapist.
• Complete required documentation and adhere to clinical practice guidelines.
