Job summary

Duke Health seeks an Ophthalmic Technician, Certified, in Mebane. Assist an Eye Center physician and other technical staff to perform diagnostic tests for evaluation of patient eye problems.

Position requires completion of Ophthalmic Technician training and JCAHPO certification. The schedule is day shifts, Monday–Friday, with no weekends or holidays, within a Duke Health outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Ophthalmic Technician training completed.
• JCAHPO certification as Ophthalmic Technician.
• Must be able to perform diagnostic eye tests and support physician.
