Job summary

Lionstone Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support the OT team in planning, delivering, and documenting therapy services for residents in Ohio. The role includes assisting with Telehealth sessions, care conferences, and discharge planning, while maintaining compliance and high-quality documentation.

You will collaborate with staff and families, provide home-program guidance, and help ensure accurate billing for therapy services. An OTA license in Ohio is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant per Ohio licensing.
• Ability to plan, organize, and supervise therapy services.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist OT in planning, development, and evaluation of therapy activities.
• Facilitate Telehealth as required to complete evaluations and notes.
• Document progress notes, plans, and discharge information daily.
• Support in care conferences, discharge planning, and resident assessments.
• Provide home-program instruction and adaptive equipment guidance.
• Ensure accurate billing and coding for therapy services rendered.
