Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited program for occupational therapy assistant.
• Must hold an active Ohio OTA license.
• Ability to plan, implement and supervise therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Assist the OT in planning, development, and directing therapy activities.
• Facilitate Telehealth services to ensure evaluations, recertifications, progress notes, and discharges are completed timely.
• Maintain documentation for residents receiving occupational therapy.
• Support care conferences, discharge planning, and resident assessments.
