Post Rehab is looking for a motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to help residents improve independence and successfully participate in everyday activities. You'll work alongside a licensed Occupational Therapist and an experienced interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments according to established plans of care
• Assist residents with ADLs, strength, coordination, mobility, and functional activities
• Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising OT
• Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies
• Complete accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire COTA license required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus
