Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments according to established plans of care.
• Assist residents with ADLs, strength, coordination, mobility and functional activities.
• Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising OT.
• Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
