Job summary

Post Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Ayer Valley Rehab and Nursing in Ayer, MA. This full-time role offers $30-$33/hour and a solid benefits package.

You will provide therapy under supervision, assist residents with daily living activities, and support individualized treatment plans in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks.
• Implement individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate treatment updates to the therapy team.
• Reinforce adaptive techniques, therapeutic activities, and safety strategies.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.

What You\'ll Do
