Job summary

LTC Therapy Services in Greenfield, MA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role in our rehabilitation team. Work with experienced clinicians to help residents improve daily living skills and independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting.

You will provide treatments under supervision, assist with ADLs, monitor progress, document accurately, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts COTA license required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks.
• Carry out individualized treatment programs based on resident needs and goals.
• Monitor resident response to therapy and communicate progress to the supervising OT.
• Reinforce adaptive techniques, exercises, and safety strategies with residents and caregivers.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.

LTC Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Greenfield, MA. Work alongside experienced clinicians while helping residents strengthen everyday skills, improve functional abilities, and achieve greater independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.

What You'll Do
