Responsibilities

• Plan for patient needs with care team, including goals.
• Verify patient information and confirm purpose of treatment.
• Monitor movements to ensure safe performance.
• Communicate progress with supervisor and health team.
• Chart accurately and timely.
• Assist OT in patient development and daily activities.
• Maintain dependability and regular attendance.
• Practice proper body mechanics.
• Make independent decisions when warranted.
