The HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge facility is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support the OT in delivering patient care in an acute care setting. You will document treatments, assist with discharge planning, and help supervise aides, volunteers, and students.
Requirements include NBCOT certification, BLS within 3 months, and an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy. No prior experience is required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.
$27.98 - $41.97 per hour
Under the supervision of the manager, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant assists the OT in the delivery of treatment and contributes to the assessment process. The COTA provides documentation of treatment, participates in discharge planning, performs administrative duties, participates in PI, pursues professional growth, assists with student education, oversees the work of aides, volunteers and students, and when needed will perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
