Chatham-Hills-Subacute-Care-Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support the OT team in a long-term care setting. The COTA will administer treatments under supervision and document progress following facility policy and goals set by the OT.
The ideal candidate holds a valid COTA license, has experience with geriatric or long-term care populations, and demonstrates strong documentation, reliability, and teamwork with the rehabilitation team.
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant is responsible for carrying out best practice treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist Assistant will provide treatment by adhering to specific goals developed by the OT. As well, the COTA must provide feedback to the supervision occupational therapist via documentation or in any other method required by facility policy.
Compensation: $34-$37/hour
