Job summary

Flagship Rehabilitation, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Per Diem to join our growing team in long-term care settings.

You will provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision, support personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while ensuring regulatory documentation is up to date.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA, if required by state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
