Job summary

Flagship Rehabilitation, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Per Diem for our Lake Ridge, VA location. Join a leading therapy organization delivering high-quality care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

You'll provide OT treatments under supervision, support personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve functional goals while maintaining regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT Certification as a COTA (state-dependent requirement).
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
