Renewal Rehab is a leading therapy organization offering a per diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant position in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. You will work under supervision to deliver individualized OT services, support care plans focused on functional goals, and collaborate with a dynamic team.

The role emphasizes scheduling flexibility and ongoing professional development within Enhance Therapies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA, if required by the state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
