Job summary

Renewal Rehab is actively seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our SNF and long-term care team on a Per Diem basis. This role requires a current COTA license and NBCOT certification as applicable by state law.

We offer a supportive, mentorship-focused environment with strong clinical development opportunities. You will provide targeted OT treatments, help implement personalized care plans, and maintain regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA, if required by state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
