Job summary

Providence PACE Seattle-Seattle is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to assess needs and provide COTA services in collaboration with an Occupational Therapist. The role includes direct treatment and home care coordination, serving clients in north and east King County and South Snohomish as needed.

You will join an interdisciplinary team at Providence PACE, dedicated to keeping older adults healthy and active in their communities.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Washington OT Assistant License upon hire, or Limited Permit upon hire or Temporary License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist.
  • Functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team.
  • Responsible for home care coordination.

Job Description

Required Qualifications
  • Coursework/Training - Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License upon hire or,
  • Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit upon hire or,
  • Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year - Experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range

$33.05 - $51.30
