Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

This position is based out the Seattle MLK site but will cover north and east King County/South Snohomish as needed.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Job Description: Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License upon hire or
• Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit upon hire or
• Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year – Experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.
