Independence Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the Bethany at Pacific therapy team in Everett, WA. The role supports residents in a skilled nursing setting, collaborates with the therapy team, and helps patients regain function and independence.

Formación

• Must hold an active Washington State OTA license.
• Hold an OTA associate degree from an accredited program.
• Organized, self-motivated and patient-focused.
• Passion for geriatric care and working with seniors.
• One year SNF experience preferred; newer clinicians with interest in geriatrics are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the therapy team to support residents through rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term care.
• Assist with transfers and ADL retraining as part of interdisciplinary care.
• Provide patient-centered therapy and document progress in coordination with OT.
• Support competency training and growth in therapy skills.

Independence Rehab is actively seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team at Bethany at Pacific, a well-regarded skilled nursing facility located inside of Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, WA.

About the Role

As a COTA in a skilled nursing setting, you'll work collaboratively with the therapy team to support residents through rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term care-helping them achieve meaningful progress and improved quality of life.

SNF Practice Highlights

• Treat a diverse caseload, including occasional clinically complex patients

• Perform and assist with all types of transfers

• Provide adaptive ADL retraining and functional task practice

• Collaborate closely with the evaluating OT and interdisciplinary care team

• Competency training is available-we're happy to support your growth in any of these areas

Requirements
