Qualifications

• Education: OTA degree from an accredited program.
• Licensure: current state OTA licensure or certification.
• Experience: 0–1 year in OTA field.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.
• Support ADL training and adaptive techniques for independence.
• Document patient responses and progress for supervising OT.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and progress strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Support OT in evaluating needs and progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
