Job summary

Your Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our home health team serving Walterboro and surrounding areas. You will work with licensed physical therapists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in patients’ homes.

This full-time role offers a salary-based compensation with a guaranteed monthly bonus, and two schedules: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Services include home, clinic, and facility visits across Walterboro, Hampton, and St. Matthews.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Experience in home health or similar setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering patient care.
• Complete home visits for patients in the designated service area.
• Provide care to homebound patients in Walterboro and surrounding regions.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Care Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team and service our Walterboro patients. As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals recovering from injuries or illnesses.

This position would complete visits in patients' homes thought the designated service area. This is a full-time, salary-based position with a monthly guaranteed bonus.

There Are Two Schedules Available

• Monday-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
