Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - FT to join our growing team. You will provide occupational therapy under OT supervision, help implement care plans, collaborate with colleagues, and maintain regulatory documentation in a SNF/long-term care setting.

We offer mentorship, flexible schedules, and opportunities for promotion, with immigration support for H1B candidates where applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program is required.
• NBCOT COTA certification is preferred/required by state regulation.
• Current state license as COTA is required to practice in-state.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
