Qualifications

• Associate degree from an AOTA-accredited OTA program.
• Current NBCOT certification as a COTA (where required by state).
• Current license to practice as a COTA in the state of Indiana.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
