Renewal Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role in Wisconsin, Milwaukee. You will provide OT treatments under supervision and support personalized care plans focused on functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited OT Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA, if required by state.
• Current license as a COTA in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
