Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role in a SNF/long-term care setting in Sandwich, Illinois. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 per year.

You will provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision, help implement personalized care plans, maintain documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. NBCOT-certified or eligible, active state license required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA (or eligible) and current state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements; obtain up-to-date physician orders.
