Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a full-time position in a SNF/long-term care setting. You will provide OT treatments under supervision, support personalized care plans, and work with a collaborative team to achieve functional goals.

Qualifications include an AOTA-accredited OTA program, NBCOT COTA certification where required, and active state licensure. New grads welcome with mentorship available.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT COTA certification is required by state where applicable.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the practicing state.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans targeting functional goals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update all required physician orders.
