Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Oak View Health and Rehabilitation Center in Orange Park, FL. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, implementing treatment plans, and documenting progress under OT supervision.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree in OTA, an active COTA license, NBCOT certification, and up to 1 year of experience. We offer full-time daytime schedules with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
