Step Up Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Florida for a PRN position within a Skilled Nursing Facility. The role requires an active Florida COTA license (or license-eligible) and SNF/post-acute experience is preferred.

• Provide skilled COTA‑related therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Work inside the dedicated therapy gym delivering skilled, compassionate care.
