Job summary

Step Up Rehab is hiring a licensed Florida COTA to work in skilled nursing facilities in North Miami, Tamarac, and surrounding centers. This full-time role focuses on delivering skilled therapy services and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to enhance residents' function, safety, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited COTA program.
• Active Florida COTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Tamarac Rehabilitation and Health Center

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Pinecrest Rehabilitation Center and Tamarac Rehabilitation and Health Center.

Work within dedicated therapy gyms inside these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function, mobility, and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a COTA. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
