Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide occupational therapy services on a PRN basis across the Dayton, Ohio market.

You will have flexibility to select preferred work locations in Dayton, Kettering, Centerville, Yellow Springs and Waynesville, with scheduling and travel discussed during interviews and assignments.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Ohio COTA license in good standing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate with patients, families, facility staff, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Strong problem-solving and clinical reasoning abilities.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and achieve productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments.
• Promote independence with daily activities and functional tasks.
• Track patient progress and communicate with the care team.

We are currently seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide occupational therapy services, on a PRN basis, within a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the Dayton, Ohio market.

Opportunities Are Available In

• Dayton
• Kettering
• Centerville
• Yellow Springs
• Waynesville

Candidates are not expected to work at all locations. Facility assignments are based on clinician preference, availability, and geographic convenience.

This position supports multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers across the greater Dayton area. During the interview process, our recruiting team will discuss preferred work locations, scheduling needs, and travel expectations to ensure the best possible fit.
