Job summary

Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting is seeking PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to deliver OT services across a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the Cincinnati, OH area. You will help residents maximize independence and engage in meaningful daily activities within a supportive, therapist-owned team.

The role offers flexible PRN scheduling across multiple centers, with assignments based on clinician preference and geographic convenience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Current Ohio COTA license in good standing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate with patients, families, facility staff, and care teams.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and clinical reasoning abilities.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity standards.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide occupational therapy services within a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the Cincinnati, Ohio market.

Opportunities are available in:

• North Central Cincinnati/I-75 Corridor
• Mt. Airey/College Hill
• Mt. Healthy/Springfield Township
• West Side/Delhi Area
• Loveland

Candidates are not expected to work at all locations. Facility assignments are based on clinician preference, availability, and geographic convenience.

This position supports multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers across the greater Cincinnati area. During the interview process, our recruiting team will discuss preferred work locations, scheduling needs, and travel expectations to ensure the best possible fit.
