Job summary

Concept Rehab is seeking PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to provide occupational therapy services across a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the Cincinnati, Ohio market. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to work across multiple facilities based on clinician preference.

As a COTA, you will help residents maximize independence, document progress, and collaborate with care teams.

Qualifications

We are currently seeking PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide occupational therapy services within a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the Cincinnati, Ohio market.

Opportunities are available in:

• North Central Cincinnati/I-75 Corridor
• Mt. Airey/College Hill
• Mt. Healthy/Springfield Township
• West Side/Delhi Area
• Loveland

Candidates are not expected to work at all locations. Facility assignments are based on clinician preference, availability, and geographic convenience.

This position supports multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers across the greater Cincinnati area. During the interview process, our recruiting team will discuss preferred work locations, scheduling needs, and travel expectations to ensure the best possible fit.
