Job summary

Symbria is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist for Breeze Park to serve the geriatric population in senior-living and post-acute settings. You will work with the Rehab Team and supervise OT Assistants to implement treatment plans, ensuring patient progress and thorough documentation.

This role requires OT licensure and adaptability to flexible hours, including weekends. Experience in acute or long-term care is preferred but not mandatory, and an ESOP-driven, employee-owned culture supports your

• Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and execute treatment plans with supervision of Occupational Therapist Assistants.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining productivity and completing documentation.
• Help patients achieve outcomes and serve as a trusted partner in the community.

Responsibilities

As a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
