Job summary

Manderley Health Care Center seeks a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team in Indiana. This role covers weekday PRN shifts and vacation coverage in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities include delivering OT treatments, helping residents improve mobility and independence, documenting progress, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to uphold care plans.

Qualifications

• Indiana COTA license required.
• Prior SNF or long-term care experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Net Health and PCC systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Assist residents in improving functional mobility and daily activities.
• Document treatments and resident progress accurately.

Manderley Health Care Center is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team. This position provides weekday PRN coverage, including vacation coverage as needed, in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

Schedule

• PRN

• Weekday coverage needed

• Vacation coverage required as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments and interventions under the direction of the Occupational Therapist

• Assist residents in improving functional mobility and independence with daily activities

• Accurately document treatments and resident progress

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care plans

• Maintain compliance with facility policies and therapy regulations

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana COTA license required

• Prior skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care experience strongly preferred

• Familiarity with Net Health and PCC (PointClickCare) systems preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
