Compensation

• W2: $34-$36/hour
• 1099: $40/hour

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Current NYS OTA License and Registration
• Valid BLS Certification
• Proficiency in EMR systems (REHAB OPTIMA + POINT CLICK CARE a plus!)
• Meet all State and Federal employment requirements in NY for Nursing Facilities
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
• Collaborate daily with OT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals with conditions such as TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, Cancer, orthopedic surgeries, and other debilitating diagnoses
• Monitor and document patient progress
