Job summary

City View Post Acute in San Francisco, CA is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN opportunities with pay between $49 and $50 per hour depending on experience.

Join our collaborative team to help residents regain independence and improve quality of life. New graduates are welcome, with onboarding and ongoing clinical support, flexible scheduling and convenient SF location.

• Current California COTA license or eligibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments based on individualized care plans.
• Assist residents in improving daily living skills, mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary team.
• Accurately document treatments, progress notes, and functional outcomes.
• Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques, therapeutic exercises, and home programs.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

What You'll Do

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help residents restore function, increase independence, and improve their overall quality of life.
