Responsibilities:

• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; instruct families and nursing staff in follow-up programs
• Assist with patient scheduling and post charges to records
• Document patient care per regulatory and accreditation standards
• Maintain equipment and work area safety and cleanliness
• Adhere to company standards, legal, and professional guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program with an Associate's degree
• Valid state OTA license or certificate in the service states
• CPR certification (if required)
