What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with families, educators, and other therapists as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with creating materials, documenting progress, and contributing to grant efforts and outreach projects.
• Bring creativity and purpose to small group sessions and caseload-specific activities.
• Be ready to jump in with coverage when needed—whether for therapy sessions, meetings, or special events.
Who You Are:
• A licensed COTA in Rhode Island with an associate’s degree.
• Preferably experienced (1–2 years) working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and flexible—with a heart for empowering students.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and respond quickly in active classroom settings.
• Comfortable with documentation and working collaboratively across teams.
• Have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
What We Offer:

• Ongoing professional development and licensure support.
• Opportunities to participate in community outreach, grants, and initiatives.
