Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) will provide direct patient care services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT). The OTA is responsible for documenting patient treatments, changes in condition, and other relevant information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders under OT supervision.
• Respond to service requests by relaying information and referrals to the OT.
• Implement and modify the patient’s occupational therapy plan with OT oversight.
• Support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Complete documentation following company policies and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:
