Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed OT.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans as prescribed by physicians and OTs.
  • Complete daily documentation and weekly progress reports.
  • Communicate patient progress with therapy and nursing teams.
  • Assist with caregiver and family education for safe discharge planning.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning.
  • Support restorative nursing programs and training of restorative aides.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
  • Report equipment needs and safety concerns promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training and staff development.
