Job summary

Santa Rosa Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Milton, FL is seeking a licensed COTA to provide skilled therapy within our SNF facilities. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' safety, function, and quality of life.

The role requires active Florida COTA licensure (or eligibility) and preferred SNF/post-acute experience. Net Health knowledge is a plus. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and a supportive leadership team.

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Santa Rosa Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Sandy Ridge Center for Rehabilitation and Healing.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gyms within these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

FULL-TIME POSITION

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a COTA. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
