Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Florida. The role focuses on skilled COTA services within SNFs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance safety and quality of life for residents.

Full-time position for licensed Florida COTAs; SNF/post-acute experience preferred and Net Health knowledge is a plus. Competitive benefits and modern rehab facilities provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited COTA program.
• Active Florida COTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing.

Work within dedicated therapy gyms inside these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function, mobility, and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

FULL-TIME POSITION

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a COTA. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
